Blame Mabel isn't just a place to stay, its a space to get lost or maybe even a little found. Roam the property, snooze under the pine trees, where the kangaroos are your neighbours and the sunsets over the valley might just be the best way to farewell the daylight.
+ hike up to the top of Mt Anakie - it's about 1-1.5 hours return
+ grab a yoga mat and head to the tranquility pad under the pine trees
+ play chess, cards and board game in company with Mabel
+ collect the eggs and make yourself a killer omelette with the herbs from the garden
+ collect botanicals and brew yourself a tea
+ bring your arty goods and go for it
The surrounding area is a playground for nature lovers, hike the nearby trails of the Brisbane Ranges and You Yangs, explore national parks, spot wildflowers or wander through the vineyards of the Moorabool Valley. Eagles glide overheard, kangaroos graze and the valley hums a lullaby as the day fades into night. Pop into the communal space/cellar door for a couple of maps to guide your way.
