Mulled Wine Sundays at Blame Mabel

We're not saying mulled wine fixes winter, but it certainly helps.

Every Sunday we'll be serving warm mulled wine made with our own red wine, oranges and spices, with a touch of fresh ginger for a little extra zing. Each glass is finished with a slice of fresh orange and a perfect star anise.

We've spent a surprising amount of time researching, tweaking and, admittedly, taste testing this recipe. Now its your turn.

The vines are asleep, the fire is on (you'll be guaranteed toasty inside and out), and the cellar door is open.

Whether you are joining us for a wine tasting, visiting the vineyard, or simply looking for a cosy Sunday afternoon in the Moorabool Valley, we'd love to welcome you.
