We didn't set out to host weddings. We set out to create a place where people could slow down, stay a while, and feel at ease.
Somewhere along the way couples started asking if they could get married here. I guess it came down to the place making them feel like its right for them. A perfect match for the right kind of wedding, the small kind. the meaningful kind, where you know everyone's name.
Blame Mabel is about space - to breathe, to linger, to notice the light shifting through the vines.
So now we do small weddings. Keeping celebrations small also lets the place stay what it is. A working vineyard, a farmhouse, cabins and a setting that doesn't need much added to it. Nothing feels forced or over produced.
If you're dreaming of a wedding that feels more like a gathering, that's where Blame Mabel feels most at home.
